What is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR Intensive is an extended half-day therapy session designed to give you concentrated time for healing work. Rather than spreading the process across many weekly appointments, intensives create space to work more deeply and continuously.
This format can be incredibly helpful for people who:

• are highly motivated and ready to dive in
• have demanding schedules that make weekly therapy difficult

My goal is to support meaningful healing while helping you feel informed, respected, and cared for every step of the way.
I also offer more frequent EMDR Therapy- slower paced EMDR sessions that can be integrated with regular talk therapy sessions.
