I’m a therapist serving adults and young adults in Atwater Village, Los Angeles and throughout the rest of California via telehealth.
I was drawn to this work through my own life challenges and the healing I’ve experienced in therapy. I know firsthand that change is possible when we have the right support and space to grow.
I also bring lived experience as a neurodivergent, queer, mixed/Arab woman. These parts of who I am shape the lens I bring to therapy: one that values complexity, identity, culture, and the many systems that impact our wellbeing. I believe healing doesn’t only happen in therapy — it also happens in community, in rest, in being known, and in the small moments that bring us back to ourselves.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m also a dog mom, pasta enthusiast, and someone who deeply values humor, honesty, and meaningful connection.
Hi, I’m
Resha
My approach
My style is warm, relational, and depth-oriented. I believe symptoms often make sense in context. Anxiety, depression, numbness, people-pleasing, perfectionism, shutdown, or burnout are not random failures — they are often intelligent responses to pain, stress, trauma, or environments that require too much from you.
Together, we explore the roots of what’s happening now while building more safety, compassion, and choice in the present. We all carry an innate capacity to heal. Sometimes we just need the right support to access it. My work integrates talk therapy, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and EMDR when helpful.
We move at a pace that respects your nervous system and readiness.
I hope our sessions allow
you to:
understand yourself with more compassion
feel less alone in what you carry
process experiences that still feel stuck
build boundaries that honor your needs
reconnect with your body and intuition
feel more authentic, alive, and empowered
