It’s time to thrive.
LGBTQ2IA+ & Neurodiversity affirming therapy in-person in Los Angeles, CA and virtually throughout California.
Finding ease isn’t always easy.
Modern life is taxing on the body, mind, and spirit. Trying to find balance amidst the many responsibilities, challenges, and uncertainties of life can leave you feeling burnt out, disconnected, and anxious. You want to access joy, pleasure, and curiosity but worry and stress make it feel out of reach.
Perhaps you’re continuing to feel weighed down by your past. It feels heavy but you’re unsure of how to make sense of it and move forward. Maybe parts of you know what is true, while other parts have a hard time feeling it. It may be that you recently received a new diagnosis and are only starting to wrap your mind around it all.
I hear you. You’re not alone. We were not meant to do this alone.

My Approach
I’m a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapist who is also irreverent, down-to-earth, and deeply human. My intention is to cultivate trusting and inspired relationships with my clients that lead to empowered growth.
My approach is relational, holistic, and somatic. I weave together my training in Relational therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic, Parts Work, and mindfulness practices to support you in moving through life’s challenges.
My intention is to hold space that is anti-oppressive and decolonial. You are the expert on you. While I don’t believe that therapy can ever be free from the systems of oppression that we live within, I seek to remain aware and proactive around how these dynamics impact wellbeing and our therapeutic relationship.
Who I Work With
I tend to work with women, LGBTQ2IA+, and neurodivergent folx who who are at a turning point in their lives. This has included those who are healing from difficult childhoods, navigating relational challenges, integrating trauma, moving through grief and loss, as well as exploring identity and adjusting to life transitions.
Some expressions of these experiences manifest as low self-worth/self esteem, disconnection from Self and others, boundary issues, lack of belonging, shame, over responsibility, excessive caretaking, control issues, worry, panic, inattention, restlessness, sensory sensitivity, chronic illness, and pain.
It is an honor to support clients in nurturing a more compassionate, respectful, and authentic relationship with themselves and others. We will explore what has been integral to your survival, as we sow seeds for greater support, pleasure, and joy.

I meet with clients on a weekly basis as building a strong therapeutic connection requires consistency. With time and mutual agreement, clients sometimes decrease the frequency of sessions to every other week.

This will vary depending on your goals for therapy. That being said, I provide in-depth therapy because I have found this to create lasting change.
